All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Size Guides

As a plus-size fashion retailer, we provide detailed size charts for each product. It is your responsibility to consult these guides before ordering. We cannot accept returns based on size preference if the item matches our published measurements.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after order confirmation.

3.3 Payment Methods

You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you’re authorized to use the payment method.

3.4 Order Processing

Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take longer. We will notify you if significant delays occur.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
2. Free Shipping: For orders £50+ via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.

4.2 Delivery Issues

You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.

4.3 Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• In original packaging

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear (including all Plus Size Swimsuits) cannot be returned unless faulty. Other non-returnable items will be clearly marked on product pages.

5.3 Return Process

To return an item:

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and return request
2. Wait for our approval and RMA number (within 2 business days)
3. Ship the item to our Swansea warehouse using a tracked method

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.5 Exchanges

We happily exchange items for different sizes/colors if available. Follow the standard return process and specify your exchange preference.

6. Liability and Disputes

6.1 Our Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our site or products is limited to the purchase price of the items in question. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

6.3 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
