Shipping Information

We’re proud to offer global shipping (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two convenient options:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: £12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Minimum Order: £50+
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is dispatched.

Important Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We recommend choosing tracked shipping for better visibility of your order’s journey.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to exchange or return items.

Returns Timeline

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (including all items from our Plus Size Swimsuits collection) unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:

  1. Submit your request: Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our Swansea warehouse using a tracked shipping method. The return address will be provided in your approval email.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • We sent the wrong product

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred size/color
  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return

If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll cover all return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund
